Thank you for shopping with Labayk Clothing. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for orders placed through our online store.
If you are a UK customer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving a reason.
To exercise your cancellation rights, you must notify us in writing (email is fine) within this 14-day period.
After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the items.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Items must be returned within the allowed timeframe (see above).

We will provide return instructions and the return address.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the product is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

We currently offer exchanges.

If exchanges are offered: customers must return the unwanted item; once received, we will send the replacement item.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
