1. Processing Times

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

During busy periods (sales, holidays, new drops), processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed and another when it has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Options & Costs
We currently ship to customers in the UK.
UK Shipping

Free Shipping: on all orders.
Delivery time begins after your order has been dispatched.
3. Couriers Used
We ship using reliable UK carriers such as:
Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or UPS (depending on the service selected and your location).
You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped (if applicable).
4. Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order appears lost or delayed:

Courier investigations may take up to 10 business days.
Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for stolen parcels after a successful delivery scan.
However, we will do our best to help you with a courier claim.
6. Pre-Order Items (Optional)
If your order includes a pre-order item:

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together unless you request otherwise.
